Please understand other clients may be competing for your appointment time. Please give 24 hours' notice if you must cancel your appointment. If you do not inform the therapist 24 hours before your appointment, you could be billed for 50% of your scheduled service price. However, if you do not notify your therapist of missing your appointment or “no-show” you could be billed 100% of your scheduled service price. I understand emergencies arise, in this case, you will generally not be given a missed session charge. However, it is up to the therapist's discretion.
