CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand other clients may be competing for your appointment time. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you must cancel your appointment. • If you do not inform the therapist 48 hours before your appointment, you may be billed 50% of your scheduled service price. • If you do not notify your therapist of missing your appointment or “no-show,” you may be billed 100% of your scheduled service price. • Holiday/Long Weekend Policy: If your appointment falls immediately after a holiday or long weekend, cancellations must be made by the business day before the holiday to avoid fees. • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in increased cancellation fees, moving from 50% to 75% and up to 100% of the scheduled service price. • I understand emergencies arise — in these cases, you will generally not be charged for a missed session; however, this is at the therapist’s discretion.
